I'm a tree hugger from way back.  I learned it initially from my maternal grandmother (Mammaw), thank God.  I would so much rather see trees than concrete.  I can live without that new strip mall. 

I am ever learning how to send more love out.  It's easy to send love out to like-minded folks like herein, and on a good day.  Where I am willing and able to learn the most about love is when I am having a challenging moment, or with those whose views are so different from mine.  I say to myself, “Self: Give us ALL love, please!  Stop with the superiority complex already!”  That is why THEY commanded “Love thine enemies”  and not “Love thy best friends and those of the same race, religion, and political party.”
